Tuesday, October 10, 2023, 6–8 p.m. Join us at Fredericksburg United Methodist Church; we will meet with other Interfaith leaders, churches, and Mental Health professionals to learn more about how we can support and promote mental well-being. Together, we will be watching What I Wish My Parents Knew, the first film by Tell My Story, designed as a church program to help parents, church leadership, and congregations communicate meaningfully with their youth to understand better how to support their mental health. Afterward, we will have a panel discussion!
