Are you interested in reading the Bible as literature? Many of us grew up being taught a narrow interpretation of the Biblical stories, but is there more to discover? Join us on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. starting Sep 17 in the Board Room for one hour of discussion based on the book “How to Believe in God: Whether You Believe in Religion or Not” by Clark Strand, where we will discuss these questions. Everyone is encouraged to buy the book and read ahead. We will cover one Bible story weekly (about 4-5 pages in Clark Strand’s book).
